Serving Opportunities at Bible EFC
Selections
- Wednesday Night Cafe Cook: Plan, shop, cook, and serve a meal on Wednesdays Sept- April.
- Building & Grounds event set up: be "on call" to help set up tables and chairs for church-wide gatherings & funerals.
- Building & Grounds lawncare: help maintain the church grounds throughout the year.
- Building & Grounds snow removal: help remove snow from our sidewalks during the winter.
- Connections Ministry Greeter: opening & closing doors & talking to people as they leave & enter the church or sanctuary. It may also include mingling in the foyer, making people feel welcome. Also involve bringing new people to the Connection Point
- Connections Ministry Hospitality: make, serve, restock coffee, and clean up after service.
- Connections- Sanctuary: This position helps people find seats, set up and take down chairs, and spend time talking to those who are new or alone. It will also involve bringing new people to the Connection Point.
- Event photographer: take pictures and videos of different ministries and send them to the office via church center.
- Children's Ministry nursery volunteer: Come join us in nursery for a service full of fun, laughter, and baby snuggles! As a volunteer you would be with 2-3 other volunteers during the 10:15 service to play with our youngest kiddos (0-3 years old).
- Children's Ministry pre-k volunteer: Come join us in our preschool classroom to help teach our 3-5 year olds about Jesus during our 10:15 service to play games, help with story and craft, and hand out snack.
- Children's Ministry elementary volunteer: help supervise during "large group" for the lesson and then you'll break into small groups to dig deeper based on age.
- Awana: Cubbies- Look for 1-2 Youth (all night every week or every other week)
- Awana: Sparks- looking for 2 Adults, 1 Youth (1/2 hour or all night)
- Awana: T&T- looking for 4-5 Adults or HS Youth (some adult leaders can double up as a Sparks leaders, listen to verse for both groups)
- Awana: Check in (30-45 minutes at the beginning) training will be provided
